I am having trouble placing my order. I can't seem to be able to complete my payment.
It is likely that you haven't ticked the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions. It is easily overlooked at the top of the checkout page. And remember, if you have to go back to tick the box, other details you have put in already, e.g. in the Comments Box, will have to be filled in again.
Do the cards have a message inside?
No. The cards are all blank inside.
Can I have a name or names added to the front of the Keepsake Cards?
Yes. Although there isn't a choice box for names, you can have these cards personalised by typing the request into the comments/special instructions box at the checkout. Please be careful to check the spelling of the names.
What is the delivery time ?
If you are ordering keepsake cards, we can usually send them out within 2 or 3 days. Large Special Keepsake Cards, Celebration Plaques and Triple Pictures are usually made to order, and can take up to 2 weeks, although it is normally much quicker. If you need them sent out by a certain date, please use the comments box at the checkout to put in the date required.
Can I have a card sent direct to the recipient?
No. We do not have a service where we sign a card on your behalf and send it direct. We do offer this for the Triple Pictures, though. You can have the cards sent to a different address if you are ordering on behalf of someone else, but they will not be signed inside and will be sent in their original state i.e. they will be cello bagged as they would be in a shop.
I don't know any thing about Paypal or Nochex. Can I pay with my credit card?
We have chosen Paypal and Nochex, as they are very secure ways of paying where we do not need to ask you for your card number. Paying by Paypal is easy and secure as you can quickly set up an account by putting in your credit/debit card details. You do not need to set up an account with Nochex. You just pay with your credit/debit card through them on their secure site. Alternatively, you can post a cheque to us.
Do I have to register with you in order to make a purchase?
Yes, but that is purely for our office management. We NEVER pass on your details to a third party, and we will NEVER bombard you with emails. We may, very occasionally, send you an email to inform you of new products or special offers, but that is unlikely to be more than a couple a year.
Do you source recycled materials for your products?
We are moving towards using recycled paper for the envelopes for our cards. So far, some of the envelopes are 100% recycled paper. We take a great deal of time sourcing old fabrics for many of the applique and patchwork designs, by trawling through local charity shops for pretty patterned dresses etc. This is time consuming but great fun! The board we use for the cards is currently not recycled, but we are searching for a compatible recycled board which is of a sufficient quality and comparable cost.
