Made almost on the doorstep by my good friend Barbara Ramsay. Babs has a passion for collecting fabric preferably vintage but sometimes new. Each piece of fabric ( sometimes the smallest scrap) is carefully checked to be 100% cotton and is washed to check for colourfastness.
She makes up traditional patchwork cushion covers in simple squares to allow the beauty of the patterned fabric to speak for itself.
The covers will fit an 18" cushion pad ( not supplied). They are hand washable and are backed with a toning cotton with an envelope type opening.
Strips of checked fabric mostly from old shirts, in toning shades of blue.
