The tartan range of Patchwork cards is put together from our ever growing collection of different tartans and plaids. Many of these are collected scraps of vintage fabrics - charity shops are a great source of mens' shirts in tartan and, dare I say it, even boxer shorts! All washed of course! We also use new tartans in cotton which are quite difficult to find.
The edges of the patchwork are edged with a fine line of black paint, and a hand painted thistle appears in the middle square.
The card is blank inside so is suitable for any occasion.
